Driverside door problems! any help?

I let my brother put my car on charge for me the other day and like the genius he is he switched the cables. Now none of my driverside controls work other than for that door and the car won't lock when I press the button on the key. I already checked the fuses, but no luck. Any ideas?

If it were my car, I'd open the trunk & then wait 16 minutes for the car to "go to sleep" (the LED next to the "P" on the shifter console).
Then, pull the negative battery cable for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, re-attach the negative battery cable & test your doors.
It might help, it's free, and only takes a total of 20 minutes. I think it would be worth a try.
