NOOB need help

hey guy i sound like a noob but i just bought my first 335i and i want to add some more power to it. what do i do? i herd alot about the JB4 tune what exactly is that and how much would it be ? and do i need to add extra mods? down pipe intakes exhaust bov etc. i also have a STI and it required a few mods to make it a stage 2 tune.. help please :)
