Hit a pothole, headlight will not adjust

So I recently hit a sizable pot hole, that looked like a puddle of water.
It bubbled my front drivers side tire, and the left headlight pointed down.
I went to adjust the headlight, but nothing happens when I turn the screw.
Anyone know if its a housing issue, fixable, or need to replace the entire
headlight unit?

if you have Xenon lights, you could have damaged the suspension sensor. there is a sensor that attaches to the control arm so teh LCM (light control module) knows how to aim the light.
