Spend a little more time in your F30 and see if it doesn't become your favorite. I do admit, the F30 is not as raw and is more refined, but it's still a fun ride.

I am the privileged owner of a 1985 Baur TC2 nothing could come close to vibe of that car !
This F30 is really nice, i like it better than my E90.
Oh and BTW i spend a lot of time in F30's as I sell them !

Looks familiar!

I was sold on the 335i F30 from driving the dealers loan car for a couple of months. Every time I drive mine, it continuously amazes me!

Enjoy your car!

Yes I'd have to agree however, the massive Horsepower and torque that the bone stock M20 B23 produces makes up for the weight difference. LOL

I too just bought an ultra low miles 2012 335i Sportline, Premium package, 6 speed manual, black with red leather, same wheels as the O.P. I'm really happy with it so far, but have a few complaints. The 6 speed is crying for a short shift kit. I'm going to buy the M shift knob with alcantara boot. It's not a short shift kit, but just a shorter knob so hopefully that helps. Visually there is huge gap IMO from the front tire to wheel arch. I may investigate some H&R Sport springs that I see at Turner Motorsport ( on sale for $219 ) . Steering feels a bit light from what I'm used to. I'm not a fan of the Conti SSR run-flats so once they need replacing, I'll go with Conti DW or Michelin Super Sport. When playing songs from my USB hard drive (ripped to WAV files), I hate how it sorts everything alphabetically. I am still an "album oriented" guy, and some classic albums/CDs were meant to heard in order ! OK, now the biggest complaint for last -> lack of engine sonics ! My last 2 BMWs were both pimped up M's ( 2000 M Coupe & 2003 E39 M5 ). My M5 with Supersprint headers & Remus exhaust is heaven to the ears ! Will have to do something exhaust-wise with the F30 or I will fall asleep driving. But all in all, I am VERY happy with the 335i, just need to write a few cheques to make it the way I want.
