Guys,

I am looking to possibly trade my beautiful 1991 E30 318is for a E36 chassis. M3 is preferred but I will look at any clean E36.

I am not looking for buckets or projects. My car is very well maintained and in good shape.

Here are things that some would consider "bad"- this is what I would consider the full disclosure:

Headliner is currently off the car but I do have a new replacement - I just have not had the time to drop off the car to have it installed.
The horn on the car does not currently work because the spacer set up I have with the MTechII wheel is off. I can get it to work but then it rubs a bit. Still looking into this.
There are 2-3 small paint imperfections/scratches on the body: Sunroof - small scratch, Trunk - small paint chip and driver fender small scratch.
The bumpers have cracks in them but a local body shop is charging me $200 to repair and repaint them.
Cigarette lighter does not work.

Asking price huh? To tell you the truth I would say the way it sits around $6500.00.

I know its high but clean e30s are really becoming hard to find. It took me 5 months to find this one and I still had to do stuff to it to make it clean.

Before the refresh I am not sure since the OD did not work. Afterwards its sitting on 4K.

I have what could be a very interesting trade scenario to propose.
I am completely a BMW proponent, local CCA chapter member, vp, cdi, etc.
The last few years my 'BMW' fund was misappropriated to a Subaru.
$34k later it's about time to stop.
As we all know, never do we get even 1/2 of our money back when building such cars.
That said, and parts list details not included yet, my car will probably sell btwn 10-15k.
Being that u want $6500 for your e30, a reasonable value for my car is double.
In crazy car guy fashion, I really want a red E30 that is 'done' and yours appears to be that car. Lets swap clean and clear titles and you can either rock a 2002 Subaru wrx turbo wagon (built Sti motor new, fresh 6-speed, so much more) or sell it in your area for 10-15k and really move in to a nice e36 M3.
This is no bs... My itch for a nice e30 just must be scratched.
