I have the 70mm Stud kit from hard motorsport on my car right now. with my new wheel setup is going to be 40mm up front, but i would want to put a 20mm spacer on or even a 15mm.
My question is Can i run any size spacer on studs? they have to be hub centric? any issues?
Thanks!

Your studs won't be long enough.

75mm studs can accomidate up to a 12mm spacer. This is all in reference to what Vorshlag says.

90mm studs can take up to a 20mm spacer

Ok, thanks for the info. I guess I'll just have to go with 12s

you really need hubcentric spacers as it will put too much load on your wheel studs.. if you can imagine the wheel studs arent designed to take vertical load.. they are designed to clamp the wheel to the hub and the hub center transmits the weight of the vehicle from the tyre - wheel -hub centre- hub - wheel bearing in that order..
