DIS v57 Needed

It seems that a few years ago, DIS V57 (English) was uploaded to a 4Shared site, but it is not accessible and I'm having a hard time finding a good source.

I'd be very grateful if someone would help. Thank you in advance!!!

I'm also using a few other 'sources' because the 1.27GB source is 'lacking' seeders, and seems like it will take a while. The others I'm sourcing have other applications included making one 3.37GB and another one 8.76GB.

Although still 'building' and therefore not fully accessible, the one that is 8.76GB apparently has a file called "DIS V57_EN.vmdk" that is 6.2GB(!).
Is this a VMware 'virtual machine' that can just be 'loaded' into VMware and run without the usual installation procedures?

There are also included files called "DIS57RUS.iso" and "TISRUS.nrg", but I assume are in Russian. My previous experience with installing a German TIS makes me assume that TIS language is preset(cannot select during installation).
Is it the same with DIS V57? For example, if I install a Spanish, French or Russian version of DIS V57, I cannot switch to English during the installation? A bit surprised that the EN(English) version is harder to find!
