As some of you know, I sold my 535i a few weeks ago. Initally I started looking into 911's, e36 m3's, and some others but once I heard that this car was available I couldn't resist.

'90 Euro m5, Analog's old car. Lots of miles, bad paint, but overall an amazing car. I can see myself keeping it for quite some time. It needs work and there is a lot of stuff I want to do to it, but for now I'm just planning on driving it almost daily and maintaining it.
I just bought brand new tires for my staggered M-systems (245/40 and 265/40 Bridgestone RE760) and threw them on along with a set of french smileys I've had for a little while now. I'm not sure on the lights yet but I'm pretty happy with the car as a whole. More to come for sure

Whoa Damn, Logan's old car! Very Nice. I assume you'll hang out with us more again. Like old times?
The only other car with the same filler plate as me!

Seriously. The e34 hashtag on instagram is mostly pictures of his old 535, boogies 525, and e34 life's m5. It's in no way a bad thing because those cars are all impressive.
I loved your 535 so I'm interested in what you do with this. Logan pulled those fenders for some crazy act wheels right? Do you have plans to fill that? Actually, WHAT are your plans to fill that?

Thanks! As for plans, I'm really not sure. I don't really want to go crazy with the exterior. My commute is 40 miles each way through Atlanta and the super low/wide wheel thing just didn't make sense. I want the car to be a really good runner that I can drive hard and work on it slowly as I go. Wheels will stay for now, I really prefer driving the car with this sort of setup. I think I'm going to put Ground Controls on it soon too, the current ride height is decent but it bottoms a little in the front over hard bumps. If I do paint it it wouldn't be for a year or two
One idea I've been tossing around is having Weldcraft add two inches to a 17x8 M-system outer lip, then run my 9's in the front. 17x9/17x10 (or maybe 10.5) M-sytems would be pretty cool I think.
You should bring this over to ryans sometime.
Definitely, our shop is like 3 miles from his house.

What spacers are you running with the M Systems?

I am so far! 23mm spacers in the rear, 15 or 18 in the front.
Does anyone know if there are any Koni's that will fit the rear of an e34 that have an adjustable perch (snap ring)?

Dude congrats on the new pickup. She looks gorgeous. I cant believe you sold your 535, it was truly my inspiration to my e34 build and your stanceworks feature pix are currently still my desktop background.
I cant wait to see what you do with this car, I know it will be epic.

Grats on the screamer!
Looks soooo much better with those M Systems... probably my favorite wheel for the e34's. Can't wait to see what else you do with it.

I can't believe I've never seen your car! I'm a little north of Atlanta and work further North, so I don't get downtown too often.

Thanks! I miss the 535i a bit, but this car is just so much more fun to drive. I don't know what I'm going to do with this car, I told myself at first I wasn't going to lower it anymore but I think I've already changed my mind.
Car looks so much better with those wheels on it... I miss my staggered t-stars. Never should have gotten rid of them.
Yeah, I think so too. I think this is my third set of staggered T-stars and I've regretted selling every other set I've had. I have to admit I am thinking about having these repainted stock or clear anodized, not really feeling the polished lips anymore for some reason.

Yeah, I've changed numbers since we've last talked for sure. I'll send you a PM

Do you run yours with just a US plate? I thought it might look odd like that, but I'm not really liking the double plate look

I use Wheel Wizard in Atlanta. I bought a rough pair of 9" wide rims from a seller in Hawaii and they made them look like new. They actually finish the back of the wheel too. Plenty of experience with the M wheels. In the pic the wheel they did is on the left and an original spare, never on the road, on the right. I have two original, unused, spares on the front of the 93 and the two redone wheels on the back.
Congrats on the M5!

Wow, that looks great! Wheel wizard isn't far from our shop, I might give them a call.
Got some stuff done this week, installed new injectors (Bosch design III 24#), new OEM trans mounts, oil change, and fixed my windows/wipers/interior lights/sunroof by re-soldering some connections under the rear seat. Also realized that discount tire sent the wrong rear tires, so I have 245/40 front and 275/40, I can't believe I hadn't noticed before but didnt think to check the size. It's really running nicely now, pretty happy with it so far

JCB congrats on the m5, I always loved logan's posts with it. It's the reason I have the upturned tips on my 540, despite the forums despise of them. Can't believe you've got 275's on the 9inch msystems, i have 235's on mine... :D

Yep, 245/40/17 front, 275/40/17 rear. I don't like how much taller the rears are compared to the front, but I'm just going to keep it how it is.

Yeah, these had 205's and 235's on them before when they were on the 535.

Nope, mine is just a normal Euro plate filler. I would definitely rock one of those smoked plate fillers if anyone is selling one.
Looks good! Need to show them the interior. Such I nice car, glad it's staying on the board.
I haven't taken any interior pics but I need to, it was definitely one of the bigger reasons that I bought the car. The door panels aren't great though and I'm looking into a way to use '95 gathered leather panels while still using the M-cloth.
Do you run yours with just a US plate? I thought it might look odd like that, but I'm not really liking the double plate look
Sorry for the late reply... It doesn't look weird, kinda like the plate filler on the E30 in your Sig...
Here's an old pic of my red car.
