330i E36 vs 2007 Tl-s 6spd + a lt1 s10 encounter

Lets start with the TL-s, tonight im on my way to my buddies house and hear the distinct sound of a loud v6 honda motor (thanks cm8 :p)

pulls up next to me and we do a few pulls, he says I/H/E and I have the same mods plus e85.

when I wasn't holding the camera and I was shifting normally and I didn't give him the hit I pulled hard, I got one 40-100 roll in the video.

I give him the hit and I shift slowly to make it fun.

And the other day I was on my way to the same friends house and run into a red s10 with sidepipes and a v8 rumble :eyecrazy he tells me its an lt1 with a hotcam and intake exhaust header, so we go at it :devillook

from a 15 roll we were door to door till 60 where I started to pull away and at 120 I had 3-4 cars on him.

Last month I did two runs vs a 290whp tl-s (he owns AsianImports in Seabrook, MD and a 11 sec NSX on spray) and got walked. I felt an extra 25hp wouldve evened things out.

me too but I had no hands on the wheel lol and it spins when I hit 3rd and with a stab at the throttle from 40 so I decided that a video for you guys was more important than walking that tl-s

lol thanks bro, I actually gained alot of lost horsepowers from cleaning out the "notorious e85 tar buildup" from the headports

imagine black goey tar covering your entire head port on all 6 cyl.....

Im pulling the manifold off in the next few days and going to clean it out and take pictures, afterwards I want a 40roll with the cm8 ;)

The Type S 6spd is a quick car, trapping 99-101 bone stock. They put down ~280-300 FBO untuned (depending on dyno). Hondata just recently came out with Flashpro for them as well, so they can finally be tuned ;)

Frank's car is strong though. S52(?) swapped 330i with I/H/E/E85/tune surprisin them boys. :alright I promised the GF I'd stop terrorizing the streets (:eyecrazy :rolleyes lol), but we will see what we can do bud.

iits cool my post was a little confusing, for those who dont know my car is a 95 325i with an m54b30 and e36 m3 diff + trans.

lol thanks dan, Finishing up a motor swap in my buddies garage, when that is done I can finish building my engine. and this spring I should have the car painted, summer should be real fun.
