anyone have problems with the clear coat peeling on M-Parallels from the Wheel Exchange? Any ways to fix this, or stop the spreading of the peeling?

give the wheel exchange a call, it's a pretty good sized company and I believe he imports those wheels himself.
I'm sure he'd try and help you.
if not, a wheel repair shop can redo the finish for you.

I experienced this about 3 months after I bought the wheels. My front right one started to peel in big flakes. Shortly afterwards the rear left one started to flake as well. They've been really good with returns - but I've decided to just let them flake as I'm tired of swapping them out, paying to have the tire remounted/rebalanced, etc.

There is no way to stop it once it starts. You would just need to re clear coat the wheel. A repair shop should be able to handlie it.
I have had no such problems with my M Par reps from Lakeshore, although they are currently just sitting in the garage.
