E39 Touring - springs and Thule roof rack

I have a set of H+R springs, brand new and never used, and a Thule roof rack, for an E39 iT. The springs are specific to non-self levelling suspension 525iT's. Anyone looking for these items?

They will physically fit, but I think they are optimized for the weight of a 6-cylinder, not the V8 in your 540. Obviously you can install them if you want to, but they may be not be as stiff in your car as you're looking for...?

Got pics of the rack? I have the yakima one but it's shaped so that it whistles on the freeway and has always annoyed me. Curious to see Thule's design.

As OP correctly states, the springs will not be rated for the weight of the 540. It will adversely affect performance.

I can take and post some photos, but it's basically your standard square-profile Thule crossbar set. I take it off the car when it's not in use, so I don't notice any particularly unusual sounds when using it, coz there is always something mounted on the rack when it's on the car.
