Rc090 reassemble question

Are the bolts suppose to just go in the holes like butter? Mine are rather tight and you cant push them in all the way. Id probably have to hammar them in. Thanks guys

Put the nut on and turn, they are splined.

Is that what splines are suppose to do? As you tighten it on do they get sucked down?
