As the title states will the 2-door version fit the convertible?

Thanks guys

It should fit. The spoiler requires drilling of the trunk lid. However, In my opinion, it will not look good. It kills the lines. the only spoiler i've seen work is a modified m5 lip spoiler

IIRC, it fits.

It just doesn't look very nice on a 'vert, IMO.

If you can find it, the original M-tech wing looks subtle and doesn't have that godforsaken third brake light.
My car looks like shit right now because of the snow, but I'll snap a pic or two when I get a chance so you can see it.

I have a wing. It came with the car. I like it but it hits the antenna when I open/close the trunk so I have to bend it over every time.

A few pics

looks good fly. I saw a few pictures of a vert with the ltw wing copied and pasted onto the trunk of a vert and it didn't look that great. But I was taking into consideration that with my hard top on it may look pretty nice.

I think may go a completely different route and purchase a hammann stw wing

I was thinking about putting one on mine but wasn't sure :/ Mainly because there's no going back without buying a whole new boot lid! Take a look at this one though. It's the one I almost bought! No brake light so it should look nice with a convertible! I keep seeing an M3 'vert in the same color as in that picture around town and it looks nice!

Someone on the forums had their car for sale with a low rise wing on along with a hardtop.

Someone on the forums has the LTW wing on a vert, I personally think it looks alright with the roof up, I think it'll look pretty sweet with a hardtop, but with the roof down it looks kinda hmmm. :shifty

Personally I think I'll play it safe and do the lip spoiler. :D
