Lowered on H&R sports, Koni Str.T's
Rear fenders have a slight roll

Stock tire size is 235-40-17. There's not many options in that size, and they're all expensive. Can i move up to a 245-40-17 and be alright? There's a lot more tires, and they're better priced. The OD is almost the same as well, I just want to make sure Im not rubbing.

They are .6" taller and .1" wider on each side, so you might want to look at how much room you have. I would think you would be fine, ask your tire guy to mount one and see how it looks. That's my .02

That's the stock tire for the e36 m3, it should fit, but he may want a tire that doesn't overlap as much or he'll have to get his fenders rolled. I rocked a 245/45/17 and I rubbed, but I also got out of the hole something nasty. I went back to a 245/40/17 and now I can't keep my tires from spinning, but it's much more responsive. I'm thinking about dropping the pressure down to 30-35 psi for the launch and hope I don't lose much up top.
