Does anyone know where the wireconnector to the fuel tank evap valve is located on e34 540i engine?? And what colors the wires are??

I think the previous owner cut the wires to the evap valve near the rest of the engine harness, and as the v8 engine is being mounted in my e36, i do not know where there valve is originally supposed to be mounted in the e34.. i have found some wires that have been cut of, but i do not know if it is them though..

Its an 1994 m60 4.0 engine

Hope somebody can help, thanks:buttrock

I couldnt find the wires, i think the previous owner have cut the wires inside the harness...:mad however there are a couple of red/white wires, all the injectors have red/white wires, so do you know the pin numbers of the wires to fuel evap valve in the DME connector??? or where to find it??

Thanks

Hot Wires for Pump And Gauge, use a Connector, but Ground Wires have to be Unbolted. Swing, Rear Ends Of Support Straps, toward the Outside of the Vehicle, and Lower Tank enough that Fuel Line Connections can be reached. Remember to use a Backup Wrench on these Connections. Reverse, this process for install. This was for a S-10 Blazer, w/rear Fuel Tank.
