can u tell me what that knocking noise is?

2000 540I started hearing this noise a few days ago. Sitting on 150000 miles. BMW dealer says rod knocking with a nice price tag. We'll I can't post videos cause IM new to the forum. My you tube is jamesberry23 and it's under 540 knock.
