New to s50B32..

First off, thanks for all the information on this board, it has helped me with quite a few questions.

I have had this s50b32 for a little bit. It came from an e30 M3, that I took the motor out and sold the shell. Engine was running, has typical vanos noise for s50b32 and e39 m5's. It's plan was to go into my e30 m3 project, but I didn't have the heart to take out a working s14. So I bought a rolling shelling, unfortunately it's white, but in great shape.

My plan is this..
-95 M3 U.S.
-Stock MSS50 ecu(obtained)
-Stock flywheel/clutch(obtained)
-us getrag m3 tranny(obtained)
-stock euro cats(coming)
-stock euro radiator(coming)
-stock euro oil cooler(coming)
-euro 3.2L cluster(coming)
-have dis with ads adapter to program the ews
-euro expansion tank(obtained)
-stock brakes..for now
-euro double pick up pump
-euro oil pan(need a dip stick).

Work on the engine
Also, I rebuilt the vanos..need to clean out the solenoids.
E39 m5 vanos seals for the solenoids
Check valves
Replace all rubber hoses(these are rotted pretty bad)
New valve cover
New RMS and front seal
New O2 sensors
New plugs

I am trying to get a scorpian catback from bavauto. We'll see if they can get the euro one.

Is there anything I am missing?

Can I cam time without special tools like an m5. If so I will get rid of this vanos tick by fixing the gears.

What injectors are you guys using?

Sweet I'm doing the same in my 95 cosmos m3 coupe, I found a diy on youtube for the valve adjustment, some of the stuff he does is out of the picture but you get the idea of how he's doing them. I think you might do it without the compressor, not sure.
Pretty sure the shims from BMW aren't cheap either, I think I will be doing them too in mine soon aswell,
You may or may not want to do the motor trans mounts aswell. How much is the scorpian catback? I personally love the sound of the supersprint w/decat and that's what I'm saving my spare cash for.

I am doing the mounts as well, just can't decide which ones.. I'll let you know about the exhaust. Bavauto said they can get it for me, but haven't come up with pricing.

Thanks! Got the diagrams and piecing them together.

BavAuto will order it, but it has to go with there orders to get it in a reasonable amount of time. They are ordering today, and the price is around the US model.
If ordered today, 6-8 weeks is the time.
