Mounting stock E90 wheels on an E46

So im looking at getting a stock set of 17 inch E90 wheels from someone off of craigslist but I wanted to make sure the bolt pattern and all that was the same.
I'm currently running aftermarket 18 inch rims on an 03 330ci.
Is there any weird fitment issues that would prevent these from bolting up ok?

Common sizing on the E90 17s is 17x8 Et34. That fitment will work on the E46 330ci.

Ok great thanks for the input, i'm going to look at them today so hopefully all goes well!

So the wheels ended up fitting awesome, so for anyone who is ever thinking about doing the same thing do it!!

E90/1/2/3 OEM wheels fit very well on e36/46, the car looks really better because of the lower offset.
