F10 european light switch?

I'm switching on the light switch on my 2012 535x to the European ones that have the rear fog light button. So far the only place I could find online that sells it is ecs tuning. Are the stuff they sell OEM?

Just curious, US model has the rear fogs that stay on all the time when headlights are on, or the rear fogs have to be added?
