I found a thread in an old UK forum claiming that there are two Dianas reportedly in Iran. Was this ever confirmed? There were only twelve originals, and four are known to exist.
Here are a couple of pics showing Baurs in Iran. Does anyone have any info on these two cars? The four headlight setup is reminiscent of the rare BMW 2002ti Diana, but it is not conclusive. We would need to see the VIN on these two cars to see if they match. The VINs on the Dianas are
well known. None of the original 12 Dianas were Baur Cabrios, as far as I know. They were all built by Baur, however. I also have a pic of a red Baur Cabrio Diana, but I have been unable to confirm any further info about it. I frankly dont know if it is legit.
