I have looked everywhere and cannot find a decent HOW TO guide, on how to remove and replace the intake side camshaft position sensor on a 728i.
Is there one about?
Is this an easy job for DIY?

If it's anything like the V8, it's so easy, a caveman can do it.

Only if that caveman has a 5mm allen hex tool.

Ok cool.. 5mm allen key, is that all thats needed? I've read that I'd have to remove the oil filter housing for decent access....

I don't know if you do that on the I6, but I'm sure you can just relocated it instead of removing it completely...
