Today i hooked up the left tail light to the right sides plug to test it?

um bad idea ...

I heard some things fry and then no blinkers at all. Nada
Checked fuses and replaced some things Got the drivers side working.

used a continuity tester to test the hazard flasher relay... seemed to be the culprit was receiving input but no out put on the passengers side.
Bought a used relay out of a 94 coupe and swapped it in. It worked for like a block then some burning noises and now passengers side turn signals are stuck on even when the car is off.

Seems super weird? i want to buy a brand new hazard flasher on mon but do not want to break it right away. the turn signal selector does nothing btw.

Sounds like you let the magic smoke out somewhere. You cant let the magic smoke escape or it wil never work again.

My other guess is that you have a dead short somewhere and its probably in that light cluster. Ive done the same side to side swap you did and it never resulted in burning wires. Then you said you heard a sizzling sound from inside the car. The OEM tails are known for issues at the connector. My guess is you have a bad light cluster that you reinstalled and the sizzling sound you heard was your ZKE module being made into crispy bacon.

Pull the ZKE out and open it up. You'll be able to tell instantly if there is damage to the board inside. You should also replace that light cluster.
