Hesitating

in the morning when i warm up the 740il, it fires right up but then coughs a few times as if the injectors are clogged. after a few minutes she levels out and runs like a champ. at one point i received 02 and mass air flow codes. i replaced both front 02 sensors as well as the maf filter and added a can of 44k. the problem persists. any other possiblities?

- Vacuum leak?
- Camshaft positioning sensor? (would probably throw code)
- Bad injector? (unlikely)
- Sticky/Broken throttle?

I had issues somewhat the same.. turned out to be the maf, and intake manifold gaskets (vacuum) after I replaced them it all went away
