Audio problems

Hello,

Going by car with the radio on I heard a noise like a stone hit the windshield. But what to see radio sound out and power was on.
Playing slower and louder with potentiometer no changes.
Leaving on the radio sound starts (same snap).
What could it be?
Before having this problem when I moved the volume slower and louder, in the rear left door speaker was a noise (pac, pac).
Now no (pac, pac) noise. Radio is on no sound, when I change to CD player no sound.

Had a problem with two speakers humming loud. Went through the system design and everything goes through the amp in DSP. Most likely problem is in the control system which is the amp. Easy replacement. Find a local BMW parts gut and ask if you can swap it out at their shop. I did that here and only made one mistake. Replacement amp was an 8 channel and i use a 12 channel. Didn't realize till the next week. They exchanged it for me.
