When I bought them the preivous owner spray painted them black, so I stripped them down to the metal and refinished them there are a few blemishes but nothing on the face of the wheels. I replaced the center caps with black/gold BBS ceneter caps as well as the BBS valve stems. They aren't perfect but they could be easily powdercoated and be brand new looking.
