I have h and r springs (not race) and bilsteins, will 18x9 fit with no rubbing out back-245/35/18 tires, can i use 245/40 tires instead?

i went to tirerack and for (2) 18x8, (2) 18x9, (2) 225/40/18 and (2) 245/40/18 kumho ecsta supra 712's...for $3,150 with mounting and balancing.
