Like a Style 23M but 16"

I'm the original owner of a 2004 E46 330 CiC with the sport package. I got a set of winter rims from the dealer which are 16" rims with snow tires. I now need to replace them but can't track them down anywhere. They look exactly like 23Ms but the 23Ms are 17" with an M logo. However, mine are 16" with no logo. It has CDW 01 01 stamped on the inside of one of the spokes.

Anyone have any idea how I can find a part number for the 16" or even better where I could find one? I'm completely stuck.
