Remove soft top rear window?

I have a hard top and was wondering if I should remove the soft top rear window while I have the hard top installed? I have heard of the window cracking from being folded down in the well in the cold.

You can unzip it. But you will cause a lot of wear and tear on the zipper doing it often. What I do is I lay a towel in the crease and dont bother putting the top up. then wait till it gets warm again and then put the softtop back up.

Leaving it in the folded position is not a problem. The problem is putting the top down when it is too cold. In that case, you would need to warm up the window with a hair dryer before putting it down.

Thanks for the tips. I haven't put the top on yet but I can warm my garage to drop the top.
