Composites Supply in the DC Area

I'm going to visit my parents at some point in time this year over there for about a week, and my dad has a couple of projects for my old (now his) 968 he wants me to do. Anyone know of a good place to get raw fiberglass, epoxy and carbon fiber cloth the in DC area? I'll probably mail a bunch of supplies over there, but it's good to have a local place to go to for those little things you always forget when doing composites work...

I looked forever for somewhere decent and competitively priced in the area. I ended up ordering online. Hit up fiberglasssupply.com and shopmaninc.com (same as uscomposites.com). Don't use online ordering at either place, just call and they take care of it. They're both pretty good companies.
