Which branch of the government do you work for, John?
What are the specs on that tablet PC? I was looking at those but for the life of me I cant think of any reason to justify it. I keep thinking, "There go those cams..."
Oh and I have a 19" Samsung, better than yer craptacular Dell shiaaattt! :slowturn: And those GX series cases are about the worst f'ing design on the face of the planet.

Dell is by far the best company out there right now. They have been one of the easiest companies to work with, and been extremely helpful. I can't say enough about them. I just spent well over $125k last fiscal year, and close to 10k this year so far. I will not recommend anything to the client other then Dell.

All I know is the Micron's Ive used have had so many fewer problems than the Dell's and are much easier to work with/in. Did I mention how much I hated those cases? Can I mention it again? :firedevil We had to swap 120 NICs into some new HP's we have today, 3 of us took 30 minutes to do it. With those god awful Dell cases...who knows how long that wouldve taken.
We are currently playing with some new ClearCube blade PC's where the only thing that sits on the desk is a terminal about the size of your shoe. If we can figure out how to get them working, they're being stubborn, they are gonna be suh-weet! :icon23:
P.S. I hate those cases. :stickoutt

I have to agree with that. Dell is great to work with. Compaq on the other hand, sucks! I had to throw out a brand new pc because they wouldn't/couldn't fix it (I returned 3 defective plus 1 monitor). I wasted about a year with their "customer service". I make it very clear before I take any job that I will not work with their pc's.

Exactly! While the place I work at isn't that big, I alone support 40 Dell Desktops, 12 Dell Laptops, and 6 Dell Servers. It's hard to do by myself, but if something happens, Dell is there the next day to fix/replace things.

If they are there the next day to fix them, what do you do???? You mean your only job is to call Dell to do the fixing? Kinda of like George Jetson's job was to push the start button to get the place rolling in a fully automated plant.
