Finally got my 335i tonight! This is my first car purchasing experience and my first new car. So I said goodbye to my E46 (thanks mom & dad) tonight and picked up my baby :)
F30 335i M-Sport 6 speed
EBII / Black (Dakota)
Premium, Cold Weather, Driver Asst, HK, M-Perf Brakes, M-Perf Exhaust, Black Grills
In love with it already :) Heated wheel is nice, turning headlights are awesome, exhaust sounds lovely. Has plenty of power, but I am staying off it pretty much for a few hundred miles.
I'll update with some real photos soon enough

Another EB2 car in Northern NJ, I have yet to see another on the street. Color never gets old.

^ Same, though Morristown BMW has an EBII 328.
Doesn't have red brakes though
Learned tonight that this car does not play well at all with packed snow.

Part of the port installed program, so I didn't have to pay for labor. :redspot
I was unsure about the red brakes, but they match up well with the blue.

Yes - you have the chance to add accessories during the ordering process that are installed "along the way," presumably at the destination port. I assume it's available so that dealers may change cars that have already moved off the assembly, though how much you can change is unknown (and for us, it's limited). The M-Performance parts fall under this program. The benefit is that you don't pay labor.
So I was able to get the grills, exhaust and brakes all installed labor-free.

Get a decent set of winter tires and you'll be flying through the snow! I have Bridgestone Blizzaks, they work really well. I wouldn't say xDrive is necessary. RWD is much more fun.
