Auxilery fan not workin??

my front fan for the ac isnt working wen u turn on the ac it used to work i noticed the 2 fuses where blown for it does tht mean the fan gav out already?........another question i hav someone who has a 97 e38 and his car wil not idle lik his oil light wil come on and the car wil shake if his lights arent on u kno to bring the idle up more why is tht?he also has a code for the maff but wen maff is pluged on engine wil idle super low and wil want to die wich is same issue i hav .

The fuses have blown for a reason. Could be the wiring or fan motor. Plenty of info available here and on e38.org.
