Enlarge center bore for E39

Can a router be used to enlarge a Throwing Star wheel to fit an E39? 72.56 to 74.1? The adapters make the offset a problem and I can't find any shops in Las Vegas to do it. Thanks for the thoughts.

It's a very simple machining operation... any machine shop should be able to do it. Where are you looking that can't do it?

Don't use a router. You'll probably end up with a bore that's not centered.
