I have a Race Tech 4009 HRW. Seat is out of date but in very good shape. Great for passenger seat or for use with a brace.

I do have a bottom cushion and I will put some pictures up tomorrow. Bottom cushion was brand new last year.

Price is $500 and shipping is on the buyer.

The cushion was brand new last year after an "incident" in my washing machine where I tore the cover....
