shall i buy new wiper blades or just refills?
which one is best brand to get it???

I have been using the new OEM wiper blade inserts for my 540i for years and haven't had any problems :)

The dealer. They are the only ones that fit and work properly. Believe me, I've tried aftermarket stuff.

Get the refills. They are not expensive. You do have to trim the passenger side.

Dealer. And they are cheap, like 20 bucks usd. For the set.

I have tried the buy and trim from the dealer. Runs about 22.00 and they last as long as the cheap ones from Wal Mart and they are a bitch to put on.

i bought these 8 mos ago and they operate like they are still new.

take a look. Sure it is few more bucks but it is worth every penney

OE refills cost $7-10 a pair
find a good place with a right price , get 2-3 sets and replace every 6 month
