After Market Blueetooth for 2009 E92

I'm new to this, so please excuse manners. :)
I recently bought a 2009 328I with the M package.
It was the Business stereo system.
I need more bass, bluetooth, (it's pre-wired only), and satellite radio.
Anybody knows what's the best cost-effective to achieve all those, while retaining my HU?
Or should I start by replacing the unit and on to the others?

Any help/advise would be really appreciated.

PS: no, i don't wish to pay $600 to bmw to add it.

I have an oem BMW Bluetooth retrofit kit that will work on your car if it's pre wired. I am selling for $350 shipped and there are plenty of DIY's to do it yourself. Let me know if you are interested.

Ps. It will cost a lot more than $600 to have the dealer add it.
