Rear LED outer ring as DRL

Hey Guys,

I've searched for this but could not find much! Is there a way to make the outer ring of the rear LEDs as daytime running lights?

I'm in Australia and i set my "US_SIDEMARKER" to akitv and the rear left LED outer ring turns on, but the one on the right does not!
