Hi all, for somwe time now, ive noticed my drivers rear sitting lower than the passanger side and on the complete opposite front corner (passanger front). ive noticed the front sitting higher.
Ive had a look under the car to see if I can see anything that may be cracked or broken that may be causing this but everything upon sight anyway seems ok.
I know my shocks are in need of replacment and thye are booked in to be changed and fitted in about a months time. Could it simply be the shocks that are causing this?
Has anyone experienced the same issue and if so, what di you find the cause of the problem to be?

Cheers, j

Check the rear coil and see if the bottom (smaller diameter area that sits in the rubber pad) has cracked or broken.
Jack and support the car up and let the rear suspension hang so you can get a good look.

My car has the same problem. I just ordered a set of springs. Hopefully this will fix it. Apparently it's not always possible to see if the rear springs are broken until you get them out, but if you disconnect the rear shock and then pry the control arm down with a 2x4 the spring will come right out. Also, you can adjust the rear ride height by the thickness of the rubber pad above the spring. They come in 5,7,10&15mm IRRC.

Hmm.. thanks for this.. Am in the proces of overhauling the entire suspension set up. Recently replaced rotors, brakes, caslipers and brake lines.. Next is the shocks so may as well put some new springs in seeing as they are out so hopefully will fix.. will then do all bushes, etc..

Thnaks again
