So driving to work this morning I got a malfunction warning on my rear right taillight. I get off it seems to be working but its a little dim.. Im guessing at least 1 bulb just quit! Is this a DIY problem.. Help I rather ask than be sorry..
Thanks

LED's have failed. If your car is under warranty, take it to the dealer, you'll get both tail lights replaced.

Yes, its under factory warranty.
Also, I just happen to notice my front head light shakes on bumps, seems to be loose internally because the headlight housing is solid. Is that something covered under warranty? Seems like a common issue after googling

If it is under warranty, why attempt a DIY and possible void your warranty. The warranty is bumper to bumper assuming you did not cause the damage via misuse (highly unlikely in this case). Plus the LEDs are probably not cheap nor easily available either (not as cheap as regular bulbs anyway)

Same thing happened with my passenger side tail light last year. IIRC, I read that it's a common issue for the right side. They tried to repair it a couple times before eventually breaking down and replacing everything.

Honestly at first I was thinking maybe its just a bulb no big deal! But after a quick search! Seems like the E90's have this problem with tail lights flickering or dimming. So now that I know this is a factory flaw,Yes its going straight to the dealer to have this resolved hoping they just replace the units at once..
This is my first bimmer and all these issues are new to me at least. My sister has 2007 330ci M sport and car has always been very good to her since new!
Im hoping my car isn't troublesome.

I have 77k on mine and the rear tail light was the only issue I had until my SES light came on recently. Looks like a DMTL pump, which some say is pretty typical around 75k.

Good to know! So far I love it! Interior is my favorite part of the car. I just need to get these tail lights swapped and should be go to go knock on wood!:)
