Will 08' and newer rear bumper fit an 06' e90?

I need a rear bumper and found a good deal on a late model e90. Whats the difference? I'm hoping just the mounting brackets...

Not too sure but when i checked on google I came across a website that sells OE Bumpers, oebumpers dot com. They have pretty detailed pictures of both. From what I see, it appears that if they do, but if you want to be sure before you buy, just give them a call and ask.
