Transfer case input shaft seal replaced after 28K miles?

I am interested in purchasing a 2009 BMW C328xi CPO with 28K miles but noticed on its "Car Fax" that they replaced a transfer case input shaft seal before putting it up for sale. Should I be concerned about this?

That's a very rare repair. Don't worry, unless there is some sort of low-frequency vibration, which might indicate a transfer case problem.

And there is no "C" before 328xi.
