F30 335xi break in period

What are the break-in criteria and how long before I'm in the clear to tear up the roads??

should say in the manual. Unless things changed on the F30, usually 1200 miles below 4-4.5k RPM, below 100mph, no full throttle and vary RPM when cruising long distances.

That's exactly what my 335i xdrive manual says...1200 miles, 4500rpm and 100mph. I'm at 1200 km right now and haven't broken the rpm seal but have gone over 100mph a couple time but not by much. I've only had it in sport+ a couple times...generally drive in comfort with the occasional sport mode. Love the 6mt coupled with the n55
