What are some specific problems that may occur with those years and models?
What are some huge differences in those vehicles?

Which one would you choose and why?

Ha! Finally someone local!

Aren't the 08 135s still going for $4k-8k higher than the 07 335s?

Personally if I had to do it all over again I would go with a 08/09 335 coupe. But that's me.

The looks of the 135i just don't do it for me enough to save the weight. The 335 coupe is a good compromise of space, looks, weight, and price, IMO.

Know where I could find an 08 for under 25?

Agreed w/ e66man on the looks of 135s, plain ugly IMO and of course smaller than the 3-series.

Take your pick of these '08 335s...these guys are located in Pelham, Al...about 3-4 hours from you.

I've purchased 3 cars from them and had 5-6 friends buy their cars.
They're clean (My son is one of the buff and touch-up kids) and generaly come from off lease or BMW buybacks at auction. My 335 is an '08 with 87k miles....no issues other then the know HPFP and turbos.
Of course they also have this 1 series that my son says is awesome:

Hope this helps---Good luck!

135 or 335?

Koby Subaru in Mobile just had a fully loaded 08 335 coupe with 37k miles, for something like $23k-$24k. They're out there....

Must have been a coupe?

Well I'm very specific in what I want. MUST be white with red interior. Nav is optional but would be cool to have. Manual transmission is a must too and lowest miles possible.

Which car are you leaning toward? 135 or 335?
