So this is my friend with a 2012 Audi S4, we have a raced before when he was stock and I had a 2007 333i sedan with JB+ and I pulled him hard. Now he has intake and full exhaust which I think gives them around 25hp and he drives a lot better now (6spd manuel). I just put my Stage 1 back on and wondered how I would do with the N55 now that hes modded (I have DCT). I did have the top down which I'm sure would create a lot of drag? We went from 15 mph roll till about 100 then we started hitting a curve and I slowed down. I did get a little excited at the end lol (won $50 :))

Stock, the S4 is nothing to get excited about. Needs a pulley and tune at the very least.
Intake and exhaust does nothing for that car, they are audible mods, not performance mods.
.. lol at your reaction.

Good kill with just a tune OP!

Driven right, in the quarter, the 2012 S4s should be right around a mid 13 at 105ish. That is on par with the stock SRT-8 wagons...

Thanks! I read stock they are high 12s? I've ridden in car and they are certainly fast. Guy with S4 said they can hit near mid 12s with intake/exhaust.

I'm fairly familiar with the S4 and the Srt8, and also the reason my wagon stayed stock for about 2 weeks time.
Nothing to get excited about.

Without a tune, those mods do very little. Boost tapers way off as they near redline.

I could see one hitting a high 12 stock but it would take a really good day and driver. From what I understand the exhaust/intake would be in the upper/mid 12's and then add a pulley/tune then it is mid/lower 12's. The car has a ton of potential.
For your N55, you should look into the cat delete and intake from BMS. If you would like I can post up a few vids of my friends N55 that you might like.
Any pix of your vert?

Sure i'll get some pics up. We ran again and he actually pulled me some, think i was overheating and the top down with the drag didnt help lol. I thought about getting a intake but power wise not sure its worth it? I run without the cowl now so i can hear the turbo :)

Heatsoak... The stock intercooler on the N54/N55 is junk.

Oh wow. Tune only s4's have gone mid 12's at 113-115. Not slow by any means.

Nope and i just read injen intakes give them around 18 whp and exhaust 9 whp so this wasnt a bad kill either. I probably would have pulled more with the top closed! I just got my USB cable so I'm going to turn the boost up to +4.5 lbs instead of 3.5 lbs so rematch coming soon!

If you have E85 around try 4 gallons and fill it up with 93. Run Map 5 and hold on. :D
Next, if I were to mod from scratch, I would add the BMS trunk meth kit.

I'm only on stage 1 so can change maps but I can up the boost. Is E85 like 110 octane?

They are AWD and supercharged, doesnt sound like a good idea since I have figured out how to launch this thing with launch control on yet lol.

Try it.
I'd guess you catch him by top of 3rd.
Take a look at a stock tune B8S4 dyno, they fall on their face after 5800 rpm's , boost takes a nose dive into the 7k red line. Tuned vs stock peak whp does not have a big delta until you look at the delta above that 5800 rpm. Redline delta is close to 65 whp.
That's a significant power bump even though peak power is probably only bumped ~40whp on a 93oct program over stock.
FYI, as of a few months ago, the fastest B8s4, piloted by one of the most recognized drivers on Audi forums, Primetime (iirc), ran 11.97@117, with every bolt available running a 100oct program.
