I have a 94' 325is Mtech. I replaced the rear shocks with Koni Oranges, gonna get Koni orange front struts and lowering springs. I'm thinking of going 1.5" drop in the front and 1" in the rear. The car is a DD, and I don't want to go too low. How low are you guys, and do you have any clearance issues?
Also does this look like factory sport ride height?

Looks really nice, Its definitely a little lower in the front than the factory sport ride height.
for a DD your car should be fine, you shouldn't have any clearance problems. im on H&R race and I still have a lot of room for clearance.

Yea looks just a tad lower, I have clearance problems at stock height at places where I have to go often so I just keep it stock

better pictures. AFIAK they're stock springs. I'm assuming they're M3 springs or something very similar. Anyone know part numbers or a way to tell M3 springs from 325is sport springs?

^if you can find the part number on them I can run it in the data base to find out which ones they are.

They lower the front of a stock car 1.5 inches in the front and 1.0 inch in the rear. I have my E36 on H&R Race springs currently, and like Rawfulstomp I don't have any issues with ground clearance.

How's the ride versus stock? I know it'll be harder, but still tolerable for a daily driven car?

ride height looks good. comfort is a function of the roads.

the ride can get a little bumpy depending on where you live, but i can tolerate it just fine.

your e36 looks great.
I dont think it'd make it into my driveay though :P
I like how mine sits now, but I'd be happier with a modest drop

Yeah I figured it probably wasn't static after I posted. I'd love to doa bagged setup but unfortunately it's just a DD and I already have another money pit

Problem is I can't find a part number. All I see are three white/grey stripes witha red painted dot to the right of them. Can you decipher what springs they are based on the "paint" code?
Kind of looks like:
