"Granny shiftin not double clutchin like you should."

Tip: Brake boosting would of changed the outcome of all the races..

Wasn't a big race... no need to waste brakes. Stock shifter = don't need to do a 2nd to 1st. Time for a new shifter for sure.

14 low and 16 high.

Which tune, manifold, and what it trap/ how much power does it put down on the rollers?

I raced a 03 cobra with every possible bolt on and a 200 shot and beat him by a fender 70-160, plus I gave him the hit. I was running 15psi at the time.

14 low and 16 high.

Confused, your "low boost" and "high boost" are practically the same hp.

I was thinking more like 10psi low, 18psi high.

Well low boost made 480whp and high 517whp. There was a bigger gap in boost but 14 is fun for DD. My afs are off so there more HP with just an updated tune. I'm not comfortable going any high in power until I'm ready for a built motor. Love the 40r

Very interesting. Was the manifold made in house by you?

Yes, made in house by a friend. He just welds for fun but does all of our friends Turbo kits. posted pictures a long time ago of the setup.

Ahhh. I shall look at it. Sometimes thats all we can do. Which tuning is supporting this setup?

Huge turbo on that stock motor. Nice #'s.

But yes, the shifting issues put that 500+ whp on very long pause

Why such a long delay between shifts? Turbo motor thing? Almost seemed like a full second. I don't have a turbo'd car, and I mean no disrespect...but it looks like with quicker shifts you would've pwned both cars (they both seemed to catch up during your upshifts)

Your only wasting potential. And no shifter will stop you from money shifting. Your just taking more time and energy to re spool that turbo.
