Bmw e90 problem

How can i fix the fuel tank cap door of my bimmer it does not want to closed?

The locking pin may be stuck. Take a look see what's wrong with it. I only had an issue when it froze stuck during the winter.

Thanks for your reply, but is not the locking pin, that is working properly is the cap when i push it to closed it the magnet i could say it does not hold it in place

If the locking pin is working, how about the hole the pin goes into when locking, is that intact? Is the fuel door aligned properly?

Yeah thas working good every time i lock the door the cap pin locks too

Im saying magnet because i dont know the name of the sprain or the thing that hold the fuel cap when the pin is not lock
