Finally came around to flushing out the ancient transmission oil and changing the filter. A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE! Like night and day...Shifts are smooth as ice and my shuddering went away. Plus car puls like a freight train. I paid for parts....OEM filter,gasket From OEMBIMMERPARTS.COM $65.00 12 Quarts of Valvoline VV324 MAXLIFE DEXRONIII/MERCON ATF...$80 Took it to a local Lee-Myles Charged me $65 Cash...$210 Not bad

Glad all went well for you man also for 200 some bucks beats Goin to the dealer and spending an absurd 600 dollars. mine was night and day difference for me too and I believe he has 110k ish on his

I think I need to do this as well... and change the input shaft gasket to the tranny.

All my worries have went away! just have to do a brake & rotor job and some tints & new wheels.

Hey thats beautiful, this was a NY/NJ vehicle, rough roads.

I'm telling you so much better now, hopefully my gas mileage will get better.

it should improve some i think... do you know when fuel filter has been replaced? if not, i would replace that too.

I replaced all filters and plugs & oil recently. I haven't really driven this car good, because of my job and the problem with the transmission, I bought the car in June and to this day I only put 500 miles on it.

I need to take a cruise with this beast. Just haven't had time.
