Just wondering if i could get any advice.

I've been having trouble with shimmy the last couple weeks after changing my rotors and balljoints. When i had the car up on the lift i noticed very odd tire wear. My buddy who helped me out with my installs said it looked like a belt had shifted. I hadnt seen anything like it before. On the edge of the tire it looked as if it was rubbing against somthing causeing a lathe like effect. But it doesnt rub! So i changed just my front tires because i still had a little meat left on the rears, they've worn evenly. Well i've got a flat spot on the rim about 5 inches long. It was getting late and i have a drive ahead of me tomorrow so we balanced it the best we could and mounted em up. BTW, my front two tires were flat spotted too... I will not be going w/ Sumitomos again. We'll see how these Yoko's work out.

Anyway the ride is definately MUCH better, very little vibration if any (only had it up to 70 so far)... some may be contibuted to the worn out CABs ( i noticed they were in bad shape as well). Not only that, the slight pull i experienced before to the right has vanished. Could a shifted belt cause me to pull to one side? If i dont notice bad vibration should i just let it be? I definately need to get some camber plates so my tires get better wear due to the lowering... the alignment isnt terrible, so i think it'd been a waste to do it w/o camber plates, i figure while on spring break i can get that done eventually. But what should i do about the bent rim? What is a typical cost to fix it?

Thanks for reading
