Anyone have a recommendation for a shop to powdercoat or paint wheels? Anywhere in the DC metro area

I went here to get my centers powdercoated and they did a pretty good job.

Sorry to bring back this thread, but rather not start another one.

I am looking for a place to refinish my ACS wheels. Someone who can de-chrome/paint/powder coat etc

You can try Ye Olde Wheel in Elkridge, MD. Its a bit far from you but I have had work done there and have never heard a bad thing other than timeliness. But quality work is hard to come by so I figured it wasn't worth complaining about.

Yea thats really the only place I've heard that does quality work, but they are far from me. I also heard they take a while to actually finish the wheels. I am wondering what their prices are like.

I've had work done by both Ye Olde Wheel Shop and Wheel Doctor as I posted earlier. Both did an excellent job although as Indvdl M mentioned previously they do take a long time to complete the work.

Both charged $150 per wheel although there was no chrome removal with either business.

Living dreams auto salon in chantilly does powder coating. Did my purple VC. so shiny :)

We use Figure Finishing at the shop. They're in Manassas.
